Dorabridge Design & Build Limited have been independently audited against BS 1090-1 and are accredited to both manufacture structural steel to Execution Class 2 and to design, in-house, steel connections to BS 5950 and EN 1993 (Eurocode 3)

We are one of only a handful of steel fabricators in the South East of England who are legally permitted to design and manufacture structural steel products. Our purpose built, well equipped, factory in Strood, Kent provides us with the capacity to manufacture and install structural steel for new and refurbished buildings on projects from £5,000 to £1.5million. Easy motorway access means we can service London, Kent, Sussex and Essex.

OFFERING A WIDE RANGE OF SERVICES

We work with a range of CE approved steel suppliers in the UK and can manufacture and weld across a wide range of steel grades including plates, universal beams, univeral columns, asymettric beams, hollow section, angle, flat bar and bright steel.

We also offer a variety of finishes including primed, sand-blasted, galvanised and powder-coated.

Our in-house design team will produce full fabrication drawings and even 3-D models if required, in consultation with relevant architects and structural engineers, and our site-crews will ensure safe and swift erection of steels.

EXPERIENCED INSTALLATION TEAMS

Our installation teams are well trained in all aspects of Health & Safety, and with decades of practical, on-site experience possess a level of knowledge and hands-on problem solving skills second to none. As well as all having CSCS cards (many Gold cards) they have PASMA, CPCSA40, IPAF, SSST (Site Supervisor Safety Training) and First Aid.

Our commitment to health and safety extends to ensuring even our Enquiries Team have CSCS cards, so they can go on-site and get a genuine understanding of what's involved - this enables them to have meaningful conversations with you very early on in the bidding process, identifying and desiging out risks, and providing realistic pricing.
